Israel struck military factories and a research center in Aleppo, Syria. This was reported by Sham FM radio station on January 3.

"The Israeli attack targeted defense laboratories and a research center near the town of al-Safirah in eastern Aleppo," the radio station's Telegram channel said in a report.

A Sham FM correspondent also reported the sounds of explosions in Aleppo. According to him, there is no exact information about the damage.

Earlier, on December 29, Al Jazeera reported that Israel allegedly hit an ammunition depot in Damascus. It is noted that the drone of the Israeli army attacked a warehouse with ammunition in the neighborhood of Adra, killed at least 17 people.

December 15, the Israeli Air Force struck military facilities on the territory of Syria. According to the TV channel Al Mayadeen, in the area of the Golan Heights Israeli forces also continue to advance: tanks entered the major city of Khan Arnaba.
