In the Novgorod region 4.5 thousand people were left without electricity due to bad weather

In the Novgorod region 4.5 thousand people were left without electricity due to unfavorable weather conditions. This was reported on January 2 in the press service of the Ministry of housing and communal services and fuel and energy complex of the region.

"On the networks of the Novgorod branch of PJSC "Rosseti North-West" recorded power outage in 15 municipal districts of the region. <...> The largest number - in Demyansk, Krestetsky and Maryovo districts", - stated in the message of the organization in the social network "VKontakte".

It is specified that 4.5 thousand people in 212 settlements were left without electricity.

Over the restoration of power supply is working 43 brigades of 140 people, indicated in the Ministry of housing and utilities and fuel and energy sector of the Novgorod region.

Earlier, on December 4, there was a technical failure at the Blagoveshchenskaya CHPP in the Amur region, and because of this the region had to partially limit power consumption.
