A flight from Novosibirsk could not land in Uzbek Fergana due to fog

Uzbekistan Airways flight from Novosibirsk to Fergana landed unscheduled in Tashkent due to fog at the airport of destination. This was reported by RIA Novosti on January 2 with reference to the press service of Uzbekistan airports.

"The crew of Uzbekistan Airways flight HY-9670, traveling from Novosibirsk to Fergana, decided to leave for Tashkent due to heavy fog at the destination airport," the report said.

According to the latest information, the plane is now waiting for the weather to improve in order to fly to Fergana.

Earlier, December 23, the departure of 13 flights was delayed at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo airport. Flights were delayed due to reports of pseudomining. Eyewitnesses said that passengers were not let out of the airplanes and were not seated in them.
