A 17-year-old in St. Petersburg has been charged with murdering his father
In St. Petersburg, a 17-year-old teenager is charged with the murder of his father. This was reported on January 2 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee for the city.
"According to the investigation, at night on January 1, the figure, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication at his place of residence in the apartment of the house on Kultura Avenue.In the course of the arisen conflict gave his father one blow with a knife in the chest area", - noted in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
The father of the minor died on the spot. During interrogation, the teenager fully admitted his guilt in what he had done.
A criminal case under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder") has been instituted. The teenager faces up to 15 years of imprisonment with restriction of freedom up to two years.
The perpetrator was taken into custody for further proceedings.
Earlier the same day in St. Petersburg, a man killed a 22-year-old young man with a knife in the stomach. The question of instituting criminal proceedings is being decided. It is known that the suspect had previously been convicted of robbery and robbery several times.
