Roskachestvo lists gifts that cannot be returned to the store

Russians have been told which categories of gift goods cannot be returned to a store. This was reported in Roskachestvo on January 2.

There noted that there are whole categories of goods that can not be returned back to stores even if fully compliant.

"The store will accept back only if a defect (marriage) is found. In some cases - only after expert examination, which will confirm that not the actions of the buyer caused the breakdown," - quotes the message "RIA Novosti".

It is specified that non-returnable gifts include food, household appliances and electronics, perfumes and cosmetics, as well as personal hygiene items, underwear and hosiery, jewelry, animals and plants, adds "Gazeta.Ru".

The period for the return of proper goods is from 14 to 30 days, provided that the receipt and packaging are preserved.
