According to the channel's sources, Jabbar also mentioned in the videos his divorce from his wife and his initial intention to gather his family for a holiday to kill.

On New Year's Eve in New Orleans, a truck struck a crowd of people on Bourbon Street, then the driver got out and started shooting. Law enforcement returned fire and eliminated him. According to the latest reports, at least 10 people were killed and 35 others were injured.

The FBI specified that two police officers were wounded in the shooting, and explosive devices were found at the scene of the tragedy. It is preliminarily established that most of the victims are locals, not tourists. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russians, tentatively, were not injured in the incident in New Orleans.
