"Queens police are investigating a report of a mass shooting that injured at least 11 people. Three of the injured went to a local hospital for medical attention," the report reads.

According to law enforcement officials, the incident occurred on January 1 around 23:20 local time.

In the area of the concert venue there are police units, the place of the emergency is cordoned off. It is noted that two suspects are involved in the organization of the shooting. They are at large, they are being sought. According to the media, in April 2024 at the club has already been a shootout. Then two people were wounded.

Before that, on December 16 last year, as a result of a shooting at the Christian school Abundant Life in Madison, the capital of the US state of Wisconsin, at least five people were killed, among them one minor. The head of local police said at least seven people were hospitalized. The incident was reported to US President Joe Biden. On the same day, the American leader instructed Congress to pass laws on firearms safety as soon as possible.
