A car ran over a man lying on the Yekaterinburg-Tyumen highway
A car fatally hit a man lying on the edge of the roadway at the 304th km of the federal highway Yekaterinburg - Tyumen. This was reported by the State Automobile Inspection of the Tyumen Region on January 2.
The culprit of the tragedy, which occurred around midnight, was a car Skoda Rapid. Behind the wheel of the car was a 35-year-old resident of Tyumen.
"The car <...> hit a man who, according to preliminary data, was lying on the edge of the roadway. The identity of the deceased is established, he is 37 years old, has no registration, where the deceased person lived, is established," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
The traffic police added that the deceased was on the roadway without reflective elements. The pedestrian had nothing with him, except a bottle of vodka. The circumstances of the incident are established, an investigative team is working on the site.
Earlier in the day in the press service of the UMVD in the Yaroslavl region reported that a minor pedestrian was injured in an accident in Rybinsk. It was noted that the driver of the car Opel did not cope with the control and ran over the boy. The child was taken to the hospital. The accident occurred on January 1 at about 22:04 Moscow time.
