Montenegrin government to declare three days of mourning over shooting in Cetinje


The government of Montenegro will declare three days of mourning after a shooting at a catering establishment in Cetinje that killed seven people. This was reported by RTCG portal on January 1, citing the country's Prime Minister Milojko Spajic.
"He has declared three days of mourning. He says that penalties should be toughened for those who illegally own and carry weapons," the portal's material reads.
It is specified that the government of Montenegro also plans to hold a competition for the recruitment of specialists in law enforcement agencies because of the shortage of personnel.
Earlier in the day it was reported that in Montenegro a man opened fire in a catering establishment, which killed seven people. According to the publication, the armed 45-year-old man, whose identity was established, fled the scene of the incident.
