Russian Armed Forces (AF) servicemen on the front line on Wednesday, January 1, congratulated Russians on the New Year and wished peace in every home.
"We are doing well. We are standing on the occupied positions, holding. I want to send greetings to my hometown of Smolensk," said one of the servicemen.
The military appealed to citizens for unity and mutual support, wishing health, prosperity and good luck in 2025, and expressed confidence in victory.
"Take care and love each other and, of course, wait for us with victory. Everything will be fine," the military man said.
The day before, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov congratulated the country's servicemen on the coming New Year. He expressed great gratitude to them, their families, as well as to everyone who helps in the special operation: volunteers, volunteers, employees of enterprises, emphasizing that unity makes Russia invincible.
