Emergencies Ministry employees rescued 12 people from a fire in Blagoveshchensk. About it on January 1 reported in the Department for the Amur region.

"On the first floor of a five-storey residential building on Teatralnaya Street, an apartment caught fire. The fire was promptly liquidated. Firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on the fire rescued 12 people," - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel of the department.

The Interior Ministry reports that 35 people evacuated independently from the smoke-filled entrance of the house. At the site worked 31 specialists and 9 units of equipment.
