A girl was burned while using pyrotechnics in Ulan-Ude


In Ulan-Ude, a 12-year-old girl received thermal burns when using pyrotechnics. This was reported on January 1 on the website of the Prosecutor's Office of Buryatia.
It is preliminarily established that after 01:00 local time (December 31, 20:00 Moscow time) in the yard of the house on Smolina Street a 12-year-old girl suffered when using pyrotechnics.
"After medical care the child was released home. The circumstances of the incident are established," - specified in the message.
On the fact of the incident, the Prosecutor's office of the Soviet district of Ulan-Ude organized a check. Compliance with the legislation on the protection of the rights of minors will be assessed.
Earlier, on December 25, a one-year-old child received third-degree burns to his hands and back after he knocked over a kettle of boiling water. He was taken to the regional children's hospital.
