A car with fireworks inside caught fire in a traffic accident in Krasnogorsk. Images from the scene of the accident on January 1 appeared at the disposal of "Izvestia".

The footage shows how fireworks began to explode in the car that caught fire.

"The car in question drove into the oncoming. The driver, I understand, was in an inebriated state. The owners of the affected car said that there was a collision, after the collision the car caught fire," Lieutenant Yusupov, the acting interrogator, told Izvestia.

It is specified that the driver of the ignited car fled the scene. Law enforcement agencies have started a check. The suspect has not been identified. Because of the incident, traffic in the direction of the Moscow region was blocked.
