Telegram users have complained about malfunctions in the messenger. This is reported on January 1 on the website of the DownDetector service.

It is noted that users complain about the failure of the mobile application and the lack of notifications. Most of the messages come from the Leningrad, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod regions.

Earlier, on December 26, there was a worldwide failure of OpenAI services, including the search engine with ChatGPT. The first complaints began to arrive around 22:00 Moscow time. The problems were mainly with access to the site and the operation of the mobile application.
