Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kiev-controlled Kherson

Explosions have been heard in the Kiev-controlled city of Kherson in Ukraine. This was reported on January 1 by the Ukrainian publication "Public".

"Explosions are heard in Kherson," the publication said.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the country, the alarm was declared in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv and Kiev regions.

In the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation information about explosions did not comment.

Earlier, on December 31, it was reported that there were explosions in the Odessa region in Ukraine.

Russian troops in October 2022 began strikes on military facilities and related energy and communications facilities in Ukraine. As Russian President Vladimir Putin explained, this was a response to the Kiev regime's terrorist actions.
