One person was injured in the shelling of Shebekino by the AFU

The town of Shebekino in Belgorod Region was shelled twice by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), one person was injured. This was reported by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov on December 31.

"A man with a shrapnel wound of the leg independently applied to the Shebekino Central Regional Hospital. According to the information of the medics, the condition of the victim is satisfactory. After medical care he will be released home for outpatient treatment," he wrote in Telegram-channel.

As a result of the arrival of shells in the city, windows, roofs, facades, fences or outbuildings of 13 private houses were damaged. Several garages and four cars were also damaged.

Information on the consequences is being clarified. Administration and operational services are working on the ground.
