Russian Black Sea Fleet forces have destroyed three Ukrainian crewless boats in the waters of the Black Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry said on December 31.
"In the waters of the Black Sea, the Black Sea Fleet forces and means destroyed three Ukrainian uncrewed boats," the report said.
An attempted attack by the Kiev regime was foiled between 11:00 and 14:00 Moscow time.
Earlier in the day, the agency reported the destruction of eight uncrewed boats of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by the Black Sea Fleet forces overnight. In addition, overnight air defense forces destroyed 17 Ukrainian drones over Crimea.
Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
