Putin instructed to make national projects a priority in the formation of the budget until 2030

Russian President Vladimir Putin, following a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, instructed that national projects should become a priority in the formation of the Russian budget until 2030. Putin recommended the People's Front to regularly monitor how national projects are being implemented and use feedback from people on these issues. Reports on the results of work should be provided every six months, starting from June 1, 2025. Mikhail Kuznetsov, the head of the organization, has been appointed responsible for this.

The Russian leader instructed the government to prepare proposals for the creation of a working group to coordinate the work of development institutions in the implementation of national projects by March 1, 2025. He also said that the government, together with Roscosmos, should approve a national project for the development of space activities for the period until 2030 and in the future until 2036.

"The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation to analyze the results of the implementation of national projects in 2019-2024 and, based on the results of the analysis, to send recommendations to the Russian government for planning work on new national projects," the head of state was quoted as saying on the website.
