Three Russians, injured in the crash of an Azerbaijani airplane near Aktau, have been discharged from hospitals. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on December 31.

According to the department, a total of six Russians remain in hospitals.

"Six people continue to be treated in hospitals, the condition of three of them remains serious, three more, including a child - in a state of medium severity," - specified in the department.

All patients are receiving the necessary treatment, assured the Ministry of Health.

A passenger plane of AZAL Airlines, heading on the route Baku - Grozny, crashed near the Kazakh city of Aktau on December 25. The Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan named the preliminary cause of the crash as outside interference. After the incident, a criminal case was initiated.

According to the airline's list, 62 passengers and five crew members were on board. A total of 38 bodies were found at the crash site. Of the crew, three people survived. Seven Russians died in the airplane crash, nine Russian citizens survived. Later, a special airplane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry delivered them to Moscow.
