Belousov inspected the organization of training of the Black Sea Fleet's marines


Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov on Tuesday, December 31, inspected the organization of combat training of the Black Sea Fleet Marine Corps at one of the training grounds of the Southern Military District. This is reported by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
At the range, the military under the guidance of experienced officers undergo intensive training in tactics, shooting, medicine, engineering, learn combat alignment, as well as additionally master the use of weapons and fight against drones.
"The Russian Defense Minister was shown a laboratory at the range, on the basis of which the training of combat teams of unmanned aerial vehicles for various purposes, including FPV drones, to perform tasks in a complex radio-electronic environment on the line of contact is carried out," the ministry said in a statement.
Belousov also expressed gratitude to the marines of the Black Sea Fleet for their bravery and heroism during the special operation, awarding state decorations to especially distinguished servicemen.
Earlier, on December 21, Belousov said that the role of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is so great that a decision was made to create a separate branch of troops. He recalled that the work on the production of drones and electronic warfare (EW) equipment is coordinated by the Technical Council of the "people's defense industry" created in April. Since then, more than 65 types of products have been delivered to the troops.
