In the Leningrad region there were two false reports of mines being detected

In the Leningrad region received two false reports about the mines of the temple and stadiums. This was reported on Tuesday, December 31, by a source of "Izvestia".

According to his data, in the evening of December 30, the police of St. Petersburg, Leningrad region received two anonymous calls about booby-trapping. The first call was to the "112" service in Omsk (and transferred to St. Petersburg). The caller reported mined stadiums. The second call came directly to the police of the Vsevolozhsk district, it was reported about the mining of the temple in Kudrovo.

It is specified that was carried out an inspection of 119 stadiums in the region and the temple, but no explosive devices were not found.

Materials are transferred to investigators, the question of initiation of criminal proceedings against the callers is being resolved.

Earlier, on October 11, the Moscow police detained two visiting men, who spread false threats on the topic of "explosion" in the subway. Criminal cases under part 2 of article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Pledgedly false report of an act of terrorism") were opened against both detainees.
