Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a divorce settlement after 8 years

American actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie after eight years since the actress filed for divorce, signed official documents on the dissolution of marriage. This was reported on December 31 by the American magazine People with reference to Jolie's lawyers.

"Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reached a divorce agreement eight years after the Mariah star filed to dissolve their two-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences," the publication said.

Jolie filed divorce papers in September 2016 after 12 years together, two years of which they spent married.

According to Jolie's lawyer, she and their children left all common property with Pitt. The lawyer noted that the actress is exhausted because of the process, which dragged on for eight years, but now feels relieved.

Jolie filed for divorce after flying on a private jet on which she claimed Pitt mistreated her and their six children. No charges have been filed against the actor.

Pitt's representative declined to comment, emphasized in the material.

Earlier, on October 21, the lawyer of the leader of the rock band "Leningrad" Sergei Shnurov said that the court dissolved the marriage of the singer with his wife Olga.
