In Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from -1 to +4 degrees, at night the temperature may fall to -7.

The weather forecaster noted that on December 31, snow and wet snow are expected due to a drop in temperature in the upper atmosphere and the wind will increase to 15 m/s, while January 1 and 2 is expected to be about 0 degrees.
