On the Sun there were the most powerful flares of class X. This on Monday, December 30, according to the site of the Institute of Applied Geophysics named after Fedorov. Fedorov.

According to the information, the flash class X1.1 was recorded at 07:32 Moscow time and lasted five minutes. Another, stronger flash of class X1.5, occurred at 07:14 Moscow time and lasted 37 minutes. Both flares were registered in the X-ray range.

The previous day, 15 powerful flares were registered on the Sun. The first of the flares occurred on Sunday night at 1:14 Moscow time and lasted 19 minutes. Later in the day, 14 more flares of class M and X were registered.
