"Vkusvill" suspended the sale of "Meat Assortment" dumplings after reports of poisoning

Trade network "Vkusvill" has temporarily stopped the sale and supply of dumplings "Meat assortment" from LLC "Chali" due to detected violations. This was reported in the press service of the company on Monday, December 30.

It is specified that the batch of the product was sent for inspection after the buyer's complaint. After inspection in two independent laboratories no violations were revealed.

"On December 23, we received information from Rospotrebnadzor about detected violations in the product "Dumplings meat assortment, 1 kg" from the date of production on November 7, then on the same day blocked this batch for sale, both positions presented in two different packaging", - stated in the message.

It is specified that in addition to the already conducted checks are planned more thorough checks of both the products and the supplier. At the moment, the products from the party that caused complaints have been completely withdrawn from sale, including delivery and retail stores. Moreover, all new deliveries of these products from this supplier have been temporarily suspended.

It was specified that on November 28, a Muscovite woman bought the manufacturer's dumplings, after which her children had a fever and vomiting. The doctor diagnosed poisoning.
