In Aktau, an airplane arriving from Baku damaged its nose strut

The G450 airplane of ASG Business Aviation LLC from Baku arriving in Aktau had a nose strut malfunction. It was towed from the runway. This was reported on December 30 by the Kazakh portal Tengrinews.kz.

"The landing was carried out in normal mode, after landing the aircraft had a problem with the nose strut (route Baku - Aktau)," the publication quotes the commentary of the Ministry of Transport.

It is specified that there were no passengers on board.

The airport continued its work without changes.

Earlier, December 25, a passenger plane of AZAL Airlines, heading on the route Baku - Grozny, crashed near the Kazakh city of Aktau. The Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan named the preliminary cause of the crash as outside interference. After the incident, a criminal case was initiated. According to the airline's list, there were 62 passengers and five crew members on board. A total of 38 bodies were found at the crash site. Of the crew, three people survived.
