A road accident in Ethiopia kills more than 70 people

As a result of a road accident in the state of Sidama in Ethiopia at least 71 people died. This was reported on December 30 by the press service of the state police on Facebook (part of Meta, recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia).

It is specified that the accident occurred on December 29 in the state of Sidama, about 300 km from Addis Ababa, Isuzu truck with passengers fell into a ravine.

Sixty-eight men and three women were killed in the incident. Two people were injured.

Earlier, on December 21, it was reported that 22 people were killed in an accident involving a bus in Brazil. Another 13 people were injured.
