S7 plane forced to land in Bratsk due to passenger's death

The plane of S7 Airlines Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Novosibirsk made an emergency landing in Irkutsk Bratsk because of the death of one of the passengers. This was reported in the transport prosecutor's office on December 30.

"The airplane of Sibir Airlines flight 5258, flying on the route Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Novosibirsk made an emergency landing in Bratsk," the department told TASS.

According to the prosecutor's office, one of the passengers became ill, after which he died.

The Boeing-737 aircraft was due to arrive in Novosibirsk at 10:20 Moscow time.
