Russian Armed Forces servicemen on the Kurakhov direction were presented with awards

On the eve of the New Year, servicemen of the separate Guards motorized rifle brigade of the Southern grouping of troops who distinguished themselves during the performance of combat tasks in the Kurakhov direction of the special military operation were awarded certificates, medals and regular military ranks. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on December 30.

"An award is always nice, you are singled out as a worthy fighter. As an officer, it is pleasant for me to see when my guys are awarded. The guys deserve it," said a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) with the call sign Sapsan.

The brigade command thanked the servicemen for their successful actions, their personal contribution to the common cause, for courage, fortitude and training shown in battles with the enemy.

Immediately after the awarding the soldiers returned to their positions for further fulfillment of their combat tasks.

Earlier, on December 26, the Defense Ministry published footage of the awarding of departmental awards to servicemen of units of the army air defense units of the all-arms army of the group of troops "West" in the zone of the special military operation (SMO).

Before that, on December 25, it became known that the Order of Suvorov was awarded to the main communications center of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In addition, the central communications security control center of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and the central center of the field courier and postal communications were awarded diplomas of the President of Russia.

On the same day, the Defense Ministry shared footage of the presentation of state and departmental awards to the specialists of the communication troops of the All-Russian Army of the "West" group of troops.

Earlier, on December 24, First Deputy Head of the Russian Defense Ministry Leonid Gornin presented state awards to the participants of the SSO undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Central Military Clinical Hospital named after A.A. Vishnevsky. Moreover, he presented departmental medals to the officers of the hospital.

On this day, state awards were presented to Rosgvardeys participating in the SSO, as well as to military doctors of the Main Military Hospital of the department. The soldiers were also congratulated on the coming New Year, wished them recovery and handed over gifts.
