Netanyahu's representatives said the prime minister is in good health after surgery


Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is conscious and feeling well after surgery. This was reported by the office of the head of the Israeli Cabinet on December 29.
"Netanyahu is feeling well after a successful prostate surgery," The Times of Israel (TToI) quoted the statement as saying.
According to doctors' recommendation, the prime minister will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow afternoon.
Earlier in the day, media reported Netanyahu's impending prostate surgery. Medics found Netanyahu to have a urinary tract infection caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia.
