Forecasters predicted wet snow and ice in Moscow on December 30

Cloudy, wet snow, icy conditions - such weather is expected for residents of the capital region on Monday, December 30. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow during the day will vary from +1 to +3 degrees. At night, the thermometer columns will drop to -2.

In Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from -2 to +3 degrees, at night the temperature may fall to -4.

Southwest wind is expected at a speed of 5-10 m/s, in some places gusts up to 15 m/s.

Atmospheric pressure will be 742 mm Hg.

Earlier, on December 26, the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand said that 3 mm of precipitation will fall in Moscow by the end of 2024. The specialist noted that heavy precipitation is not expected before the end of the year.
