CSKA won its 11th consecutive victory in the KHL


On December 29, CSKA Moscow won its 11th consecutive victory in the regular season match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). It happened in a game against Sochi.
The victory was brought to the Army team by the goals of Kirill Dolzhenkov, who scored in the 17th minute of the game, as well as Denis Guryanov (19), Vitaly Abramov (26) and Stanislav Galiev (55).
CSKA won 4-1. The meeting was held at Sochi's home arena in the presence of about 8,000 spectators.
After the victory, CSKA is in second place in the Western Conference standings.
Earlier, on December 25, CSKA defeated SKA St. Petersburg in a regular season Continental Hockey League match with a score of 6:5 (5:0, 0:1, 1:4). CSKA became the second club in KHL history to score two goals in the opening minute of a game.
