Four drones were destroyed over Rostov, Bryansk and Orel regions

Air defense forces destroyed four drones over Rostov, Bryansk and Orel regions. This was reported by the Defense Ministry in Telegram on December 29.

It is specified that the attack was foiled between 13:00 and 15:00 Moscow time. Two drones were intercepted over the Rostov region, one each was shot down over the Bryansk and Orel regions.

Earlier in the day, air defense forces destroyed two militant drones over the Rostov and Bryansk regions. This happened between 11:50 Moscow time and 12:10 Moscow time.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
