In Birobidzhan the owner for two days closed his dog on a blown balcony on the fifth floor at -32 degrees Celsius. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Jewish Autonomous Region on December 29.

"The victim turned out to be a blue-eyed husky. She was shivering, but the animal went into the hands of the rescuers," - noted in the Telegram-channel.

Emergency workers rescued the dog and handed it over to a neighbor, as the owner was not at home. The man warmed the dog and waited for the arrival of its owner.

Earlier, on December 13, in the Arkhangelsk region, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a pensioner and a dog, who fell through the ice. The Russian Emergencies Ministry employees, who arrived in time, pulled the pensioner, his dog and the boat to the shore.
