AvtoVAZ will index Lada prices from January 14

AvtoVAZ has planned to index the price of a number of models and modifications of Lada cars on January 14, 2025. This is stated in the message of the press service of the company, which was received by Izvestia on December 29.

"It is expected that the average percentage of price adjustment, as previously announced, will be lower than the values of accumulated inflation," the company said.

AvtoVAZ has indexed car prices twice in 2024, with the average adjustment amounting to 4.3% for the current year, more than half the official inflation rate. Prices for the most affordable basic configurations of Lada models have not changed since November 2023, the company emphasized.

At the end of 2024, AvtoVAZ produced 525.5 thousand cars, exceeding the plan.
