Children killed near Krasnoyarsk breathed toxic substance for more than 10 hours

In the village of Krasnaya Sopka, Krasnoyarsk Krai, four children died of poisoning by a toxic substance, which entered the body for more than 10 hours. This was reported on December 29 by the head of the Criminalistics Department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia Artem Krotov.

"Established a constant and continuous entry into the body of children toxic agent by several ways and the possibility of toxic effects for a long time. This is the entire time of stay in the apartment after treatment, up to the moment of departure to a medical institution and the beginning of detoxification therapy, that is, more than 10-13 hours," Krotov told TASS.

It is also indicated that a total of four forensic medical examinations were conducted as part of the criminal investigation into the death of children.

The family sought medical help at the hospital with signs of nausea and vomiting. As a result of a sharp deterioration of health, the minor brother and sister died. Later, on September 22, the third child died, and on the 23rd - the fourth. In the SSU of the Investigation Committee of Russia for the region said that at the time of the incident, the mother of the dead children was nine months pregnant.

Earlier, December 2, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the cause of poisoning was the improper use of dichlofos. According to the agency, poisons from dichlophos, which chaotically sprayed the head of the family, got on all surfaces of the house and things. According to experts, getting insecticides on clothes, toys, household items caused the death of minors.

December 3, 34-year-old father of four children, who died of dichlofos poisoning in Krasnoyarsk region, was charged, the man pleaded guilty to the incident.
