Nutritionist Natalia Pavlyuk has told how to make the popular New Year's salad herring under a fur coat less caloric.

In a conversation with Radio 1 on Saturday, December 28, the specialist noted that such a salad will not cause harm even in the presence of caloric ingredients, if prepared at home.

According to Pavlyuk, herring is a good and useful fish, rich in Omega-3, healthy fats, protein. Meanwhile, salting makes it less useful. For the salad you should choose a quality herring, add more onions, eggs and carrots. The first layers of the salad can be made without mayonnaise, and then apply a thin mesh layer through the packer, because it is very caloric.

Pavlyuk emphasized that mayonnaise in herring under a fur coat should be no more than 30 grams, otherwise the holiday may end up with GI diseases. According to the nutritionist, there can be no more than 35 grams of fat in the salad per 100 g.

On December 12, Natalia Pavlyuk p*reprised about the danger of herring under a fur coat. Thus, people with pancreatitis after eating such salad may have an exacerbation of the disease, and some people with cardiovascular diseases, it is better not to use excess fat.
