In Samara, investigators have opened a criminal case after the explosion of an electric boiler in a house, which injured three people. This was reported on December 28 by the SU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Samara region in its Telegram-channel.

"On this fact Kuibyshev inter-district investigative department of the city of Samara initiated a criminal case on the indications of a crime under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements of life and health of citizens")", - is written in the message.

It is specified that on the first floor of the house there was an explosion, due to which the walls of the apartments collapsed. As a result, three people were injured, who were subsequently provided with medical assistance.

Earlier, in April this year, three people, including a seven-year-old child, suffered in the explosion of a gas boiler in a house in the city of Izberbash of the Republic of Dagestan. A criminal case was opened on the fact of rendering services that did not meet safety requirements and resulted in the negligent infliction of serious harm to health.
