Ukrainian media reported about explosions in Sumy

In Sumy in the north-east of Ukraine heard sounds of explosions. This was reported on December 28 in Telegram "News of Sumy".

The publication was made at 17:17 local time (18:17 Moscow time). Other details of the explosions are not given.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the situation.
