"By decision of the Council of deputies of the urban settlement Kuminsky Kondinsky district from December 27, 2024 early terminated the powers of the head of the settlement Sergey Grubtsov", - stated in the message published on the website of the administration of the settlement.

Earlier, the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported on the detention of a resident of the settlement of Kuminsky because of shooting in a private house and on the territory of the settlement. A criminal case was opened on illegal entry into a dwelling (article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), a threat of murder (article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and attempted murder (article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The name of the detainee was not specified by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. A source of "Izvestiya" reported that the detainee might be Grubtsov.
