In Kaliningrad, Rospotrebnadzor suspended the operation of a cafe due to an intestinal infection

Rospotrebnadzor suspended the work of the cafe "History" in Kaliningrad after an intestinal infection was detected in children visiting the institution. This was reported by the regional department of the agency on December 28.

"The activity of the cafe "History" IP Petrova N.A. in the shopping mall "Epicenter" suspended by the court for violations of sanitary legislation", - stated in Telegram-channel.

In addition, during an unscheduled inspection of the cafe specialists Rospotrebnadzor found violations of sanitary and epidemiological norms in the organization of catering, which was confirmed by unsatisfactory results of laboratory analyses of prepared food. As a result, the agency decided to suspend the establishment for 10 days.

Earlier, on December 24, in Yekaterinburg there was a mass poisoning of infants after a New Year's matinee. Within two days after the party, nine infants were hospitalized with symptoms of acute intestinal disorder. They were diagnosed with norovirus type 2 infection at the hospital. According to Rospotrebnadzor, the epidemiological investigation is ongoing, and the situation is under control.
