"Often this method allows you to lose weight, but not for long. On such a regimen there are breakdowns, and the weight returns. After all, often a person does not learn to relax and enjoy without food, can deny himself meetings with friends and relatives. Long to live in this mode will not work," - explained the doctor in conversation with "Gazeta.Ru".
According to Atamanova, refusal to eat in the evening hours - one of the options for interval fasting, which really leads to weight loss, if the problem was overeating after work. At the same time, because of the restrictions can often arise cravings for food, self-control is reduced and a breakdown occurs.
Properly designed diet and calorie deficit allows you to eat at any time and still lose weight, said the nutritionist. She pointed out the need to balance the main meals for this purpose - for example, with the help of several snacks a day.
Earlier, on December 12, cosmetologist Alisa Sharova said that the side effect of rapid weight loss is the deterioration of appearance. The specialist reminded that fast - does not mean correct and safe for health. Thus, with any variants of rapid weight loss, the face also gets thinner and looks more haggard, the doctor pointed out.
