The court fined the co-founder of the band "King and Shout" for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces

Krasnogvardeysky district court of St. Petersburg fined co-founder and former bass guitarist of the band "King and Shout" Alexander Balunov for discrediting the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation. This was reported on December 28 by the joint press service of the city's courts in Telegram-channel.

The musician was assigned an administrative fine of 30 thousand rubles.

Balunov's administrative case came to the court on Monday, December 16.

Prior to that, December 14, Moscow City Court approved the decision of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow to impose a fine of Br50 thousand on blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The fine was imposed under part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens").
