The FSB detained an employee of Roszheldor for a large-scale bribe
The Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia have stopped illegal activities, having detained an employee of Roszheldor for taking a bribe on a particularly large scale. This was reported in the Public Relations Center (PRC) of the FSB of the Russian Federation on December 28.
"Deputy head of the transport security department of Roszheldor P. A. Veselov, head of LLC "Laboratory FTB" and the Foundation "Transport Security" Blagushin A. S. received a bribe in a particularly large amount from the head of a commercial company for registration of accreditation as a unit of transport security", - stated in the message of the department.
Operational and investigative measures were conducted, a criminal case was initiated against Veselov under part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Receipt of a bribe on a particularly large scale"), against Blagushin - under part 4 of article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Mediation in bribery").
At the places of work and homes of the defendants were searched, during which law enforcers seized money, items and documents that expose the crime of Veselov and Blagushin.
Both perpetrators were detained, gave a confession of guilt and admitted guilt. The investigation of the crime continues.
Earlier, December 24, in Bashkiria, the chairman of the regional state committee on housing and construction supervision was detained for taking a bribe on a large scale. Preliminary, he demanded from a commercial organization, building a logistics center in the city of Blagoveshchensk, 2.5 million rubles for a positive opinion on the compliance of the object with the design documentation. A criminal case under part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was initiated against the chairman of the state committee.
