The circulation committee, which will supervise the drawing of "New Year's Billion" from "Russian Lotto", will include the editor-in-chief of TechInsider magazine Alexander Grek, three-time European champion in "long water", Olympic silver medalist Stanislava Komarova and lawyer, winner of "New Year's Billion"-2021 Andrey Kokorin. The circulation commission controls the randomness of the formation of the winning combination, as well as the correctness of the drawing as a whole. The commission will check the barrels and the bag for intactness, completeness and absence of temperature anomalies. This will give the participants an opportunity to make sure that the winning combination is formed unintentionally. According to the results of the draw and in the absence of violations, the draw committee signs a protocol, on the basis of which the draw is recognized as valid.

On January 1, 2025, the largest in Russian state lotteries grand prize of 1 billion rubles will be played live on the federal TV channel. In total, more than 3 billion rubles will be drawn in the New Year's 1604th draw.
