Russians have become more likely to buy luxury cars with mileage

Sales of luxury segment used cars in Russia grew by 14% over the year. In November this year, the market amounted to 193 cars, reports the analytical agency "Avtostat" on December 28. According to analysts, sales in this segment are growing for the fifth month in a row.

At the end of 11 months of this year, the market of luxury cars with mileage amounted to 2110 units, which is 4% more than in January - November 2023.

In the last month of fall, 40% of all luxury used cars were Bentley (84 units). More than a third (34%) of the secondary market segment belongs to Maserati and Rolls-Royce brands (33 units each). Next in the ranking are Lamborghini (31 units), Ferrari (8 units) and Aston Martin (4 units).

In the model ranking, the top five were formed by Bentley Continental GT, Lamborghini Urus, Bentley Bentayga, Bentley Continental Flying Spur and Maserati Levante.

Market participants forecast further decline in sales of cars

December 26, it was reported that Russians most often in the outgoing year purchased new cars of black color, which accounted for 16.3% of all sales. In second place in popularity were white cars, the third - gray.

Also on Thursday it became known that the Russian car market was overstocked with Chinese cars. According to experts and industry participants, the cars imported into the country will be enough to satisfy the market until April.
