Four people injured in AFU attack in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region

Four people were injured during an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Novaya Kakhovka in Kherson Region. This was reported by the head of the city district Vitaly Gura on December 28.

"As a result of dropping a munition from a Ukrainian drone at about 6:40 in the area of dachas "Trud", traveling in a passenger car, four people received mine blast injuries," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.

According to Gur, the victims were taken to local hospitals. Doctors will provide them with the necessary medical care.

Earlier, on December 27, the AFU shelled an ambulance brigade in the Kherson region. The car was caught by one of the dropped shells. At the same time, the workers were not seriously injured.

Before that, on December 22, three people were injured as a result of the AFU shelling of the village of Cairo in the Kherson region. Among the victims are two adults and one child. They were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.

The AFU has been shelling the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions on a daily basis amid the special operation to protect Donbas, the start of which was announced by Russia on February 24, 2022.
