Russian military in the NWO zone finalized preparations for New Year's Eve


Sakhalin servicemen of the Vostok group of troops, performing combat missions in the zone of special military operation (SMO), have completed preparations for New Year's Eve. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on December 28.
"Despite the upcoming combat missions, we will certainly drink tea, eat a piece of cake, contact our loved ones, our home, our relatives. I expect a miracle from the New Year - a peaceful sky over our heads," said a Russian serviceman with the call sign Chekan.
Soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces put up Christmas trees, hung garlands and decorated dugouts with New Year's toys.
Despite being far from home, the soldiers tried to create a festive mood and atmosphere. Some of them have already received New Year's gifts from their relatives and friends, and letters, drawings and cards from children and volunteers.
In addition, military cooks will prepare various treats on New Year's Eve, and commanders will give each soldier a holiday ration.
Earlier, on December 27, it became known that the all-Russian public movement "Popular Front" in the framework of the fund "Everything for Victory" transferred to five units of the Russian Army about 10 tons of gifts on the occasion of the New Year. For all the time of work charity fund "Everything for Victory" has collected more than 19 billion rubles from all over Russia to help Russian servicemen.
Before that, on December 4, it became known that volunteers of the "People's Front" delivered humanitarian aid to civilians of the liberated town of Selidovo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR). The aid included 100 packages, including food packages.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
