Russians told about their dreams and plans for 2025


In 2025, one third (31%) of surveyed parents of Russian schoolchildren would like to get a raise, change jobs or get a promotion. Such data follow from the results of a joint poll of MAXIMUM Education company among 1675 schoolchildren and their parents. "Izvestia" got acquainted with the information of experts on December 29.
Thus, 15% of respondents intend to visit a new country on vacation, 12% - to help the child with admission, 11% - to put aside the necessary amount of money, and 9% - to make repairs. In addition, 3% intend to learn a new language next year, and 19% do not set themselves any goals for the year.
Parents of schoolchildren also shared that in 2024 they managed to go on vacation in a new country - 28% of respondents said so. At the same time, 16% were able to help their child in their studies, and 13% said that they changed their job. Another 9% started to learn a new foreign language, 7% made repairs in the apartment, and 2% managed to put aside the necessary amount of money. In addition, 2% purchased real estate.
Among schoolchildren in 2025, a quarter (26%) of respondents plan to study better, 23% set themselves the goal of passing the USE or USE well, and 16% want to win a prize in the Olympiad. 13% of respondents intend to buy themselves new gadgets, and 6% - to get a job or a part-time job. Another 6% do not set themselves any goals at all.
Only 13% of surveyed schoolchildren have not set themselves goals for 2024. One third of pupils (29%) set themselves a goal to participate in school Olympiads and they managed to do it. 19% started studying better, 13% started serious preparation for exams, and 10% started online school. Overall, more than half (53%) of teenagers said they had succeeded in doing almost everything they wanted to do.
In addition, Russians told about their plans for celebrating the New Year. Experts found out that 79% of schoolchildren are going to celebrate the holiday at home with their parents, and 5% intend to go on a trip abroad for the holidays. The vast majority of parents (85%) will also celebrate the New Year in a family circle, and 15% will invite friends.
At the same time, 32% of surveyed teenagers would like to receive money as a gift. 11% each dream of a new smartphone or a pet, 5% would like to be given a gift of taking an online course.
Earlier, December 19, it was reported that every fifth surveyed Russian wants to celebrate the New Year in the company of neighbors and organize a feast on the territory of his housing estate. This is stated in the results of the research of the group "Airplane". Comfortable budget for all New Year's preparations for 90% of respondents is no more than 50 thousand rubles.
