Court fined historian Eidelman for violating foreign agent activities


Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined historian and blogger Tamara Eidelman (included in the register of foreign agents) 45 thousand rubles for violating the activities of a foreign agent. This was reported on December 27 in the press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.
"The decision of the Tagansky district court of Moscow Eidelman Tamara Natanovna was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 4 of article 19.34 of the CAO RF", - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel.
Earlier, on December 26, Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles on Eidelman for discrediting the Russian army under part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the CAO RF.
A criminal case on rehabilitation of Nazism (Article 354.1 of theCriminal Code of the Russian Federation) against the historian was initiated on June 28. The reason was Eidelman's video about Victory Day, in which she allowed herself insulting statements.
The Ministry of Justice included the blogger in the list of foreign agents on September 9, 2022.
